I tried killing portals with a few plugins and some command block stuff, it was able to be bypassed everytime. I would make a seperate world for creative and set these. In server.properties set. allow-nether=false. In Bukkit.yml set. allow-end: false. Best of luck.

Hi, me and my frriend have been desperatley trying to get the end portal frames to work, as suggested in the quest book. We unlocked all quests, tried it out in SP, nothing worked. It does work via Ad Astra but we are still curious on why its not working using the most obvious way on getting there, any thoughts or help is appreciated. Cheers!

Make sure your portals in the nether match the portals in the over world (nether coordinates should be overworld coordinates divided by eight) You will most likely have to move the portals in the nether but it should fix the problem.
