Same is true for 120FPS. However, hitting 120FPS on consoles means cutting back A LOT, which can affect said experience in other areas. For a game like God of War, the epic set pieces and glorious details would suffer massively if 120FPS was the target.

I like to play games like COD, Fifa, God of War etc, so I can imagine smaller indie games being able to do 4k 120Hz. And I think I read about a COD spokesperson stating that COD will achieve 4K 120fps but i'm doubtfull. I'm sure there are 43" TV's out there that can do 4K 120FPS but i'm stuck at a mid price range of £500-£600.
The second fidelity mode is locked 40FPS with super minor differences from normal fidelity. The second performance mode is essentially "uncapped FPS" as the game very rarely actually gets to 120FPS but rather sits around 80-100. This one drops the resolution to a fixed 1440p (along with the drop in detail and fewer shadows like before).
