I had the same issue with my 890 Rally R, should have been activated by my dealer (Malcolm Smith Motorsports), but they didn't. Had a bunch of issues with it from new including oil leaks, fuel valve, cruise control etc.. They picked the bike up after 3 weeks of ownership and kept it for a month to fix the oil leak (parts shortage at KTM).
