It's worth the 20. It's better with mods, even just to improve the vanilla campaign (most of my runs are vanilla with more stuff and quality of life improvements). But if you don't have a PC: get it. Even without mods it's still a great game, and there is nothing like it on the PS.

Im playing on ps4 and it's very playable. I encountered 1 crash (unsure what caused the crash) and small bits of lag on the travel map when going really far distances but other than that on those few occasions it runs pretty good.
